Bookings Policy
To ensure all appointments run smoothly and on time, please take note of the following booking guidelines.

Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Late Arrivals
Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid delays for other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Changes made after this period may result in the loss of your deposit.
No Walk-Ins
All services are strictly by appointment only.
Guests
To maintain a comfortable working environment, please do not bring additional guests unless they also have a confirmed appointment.
