We only sell SDD Hair. This allows us to maintain a consistent standard of quality across our units and ensures our clients receive the specific hair type we specialise in.
No, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need clarity before ordering, it is best to contact us first so we can assist you.
Pre-order and back-order units have an estimated lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on production and supplier turnaround times, but it is the standard period to allow for sourcing and preparation.
If the unit is in on-hand stock, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing before collection or delivery. This processing time allows us to prepare your order properly before it leaves us.
No, we do not offer rush orders. We work according to our standard processing and lead times in order to maintain quality and consistency with every order.
Processing begins according to the stock type and once all required payment steps have been completed. For Lay-By orders, processing will only begin once the final balance has been paid in full.
